DESCRIPTION:Lakes Region Historical Society  Program\nFeaturing: John Rouse - Photographer\, Historian and Creator of the Lake County Farmland Historical Project.\n\nOctober 12\, 2023 at the Antioch Senior Center\n\n\n\n871 Holbek Drive\, Antioch\, IL\n\nProgram begins at 7:00 pm\, Membership meeting begins at 6:30 am.\n\n\n\nThe Lakes Region Historical Society is honored to present Photographer\, Historian and Creator of the Lake County Farmland historical Project - John Rouse. Mr. Rouse will be speaking on the farming history of the county by means of his photographic record of its barns. You can see a sample of his work on his website: https://lc-farmland.net.  Some of these treasures have already been lost and we are very grateful that Mr. Rouse has seen fit to preserve this integral history of Lake County.\n\n\n\nThis amazing program will be held on October 12\, 2023 at the Antioch Senior Center\, 817 Holbek Drive\, Antioch\, IL beginning at 7:00 pm (a short business meeting of the society will be held at 6:30 pm).
