SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 18th, 2021
Rivalry Alehouse
The Antioch Chamber announced September 18th, 2021 as the date of our Charity Dinner Auction for our Snowmen on the Chain Charity Public Art Program! Our talented artists created 28 unique Snowmen on the Chain art pieces that had previously been on display in downtown Antioch, IL. On Saturday, September 18th, 2021, we will host the Finale of this Charity Event - Our Charity Dinner Auction where all 28 unique Snowmen will find a new home. PLUS 2 additional Snowmen that have been in hiding and will be displayed by the Antioch Chamber at the Dinner Auction! Start gathering your friends and SAVE THE DATE. Tickets are on sale now for this community art program. This Charity Dinner Auction will be held at the new Rivalry Alehouse on Main Street in Downtown Antioch. A limited number of tickets will be available on a first come basis.

What is a Charity Public Art Dinner? It's a dinner comprised of Artists, Sponsors, Art Patrons, and you - the Public - who enjoyed seeing unique art in a leisurely setting. Snowmen are now waiting to go on the auction block to find new homes and to raise funds. All will be sold at this live auction event proceeds are shared with some local charities and to support Antioch's Holiday Programs! These make great holiday gifts for your loved ones - just in time for the Season! Plus, event proceeds also benefit these ocal charities/non profits: Antioch Fine Art Foundation, Open Arms Food Pantry, AAHAA and the Antioch Chamber's Holiday Programs! This year we are auctioning 28 handcrafted wooden, flat snowmen for our SNOWMEN ON THE CHAIN program (plus 2 mystery snowmen that will appear at the auction). On September 18, 2021, all 30 Snowmen (don't forget about those 2 mystery snowmen you haven't seen yet, I heard one is a wonderful salute to our historic sawmill) go on the Live Auction Block at our Charity Dinner Auction. Proceeds from the event benefit our local charities and Antioch Holiday Programs! Tickets are on sale now. Purchase yours early, tickets are limited. Tickets are non refundable, however you are allowed to change a name on a ticket.
Your tickets are considered reserved once payment is made. You will receive a QR Code in your email confirmation-please bring the QR Code (OPTIONAL) to check in to speed up the process or give your name. Credit Cards are accepted online (Visa or MC/). Simply registering for tickets will not reserve them unless payment is made at that time. Everyone attending any event is at risk of exposure to Covid-19. This exists in all public places where people gather. Your registration for this event is your agreement that you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to Covid--19 at the Antioch Chamber's Snowmen Charity Dinner Event in 2021.
In the past years, 2010-2014, the Antioch Chamber had been able to donate over $68,000 to charity! Come join the fun.

Shelly has been creating art for as long as she can remember. Her portfolio ranges from watercolors, pen and ink drawings, oils, acrylics, collage, mosaics, stained glass, and most recently fused glass. She is constantly experimenting with new fusing techniques and never tires of the process. She was a resident of Antioch for 6 years and is now living in Williams Bay with her husband and two dogs.

Everyone calls him "Eddie", he's 55 years old and grew up in Chicago in the Humboldt Park Community. Ge attended Columbia College, majoring in Graphic Arts. His kids loved super heroes from comic books when they were little, so he brought those characters to life.
