The Village of Antioch's popular "It's Thursday" Summer Concert Series is set to feature Mr. Blotto, Chicago's original jam band, for an evening of diverse and engaging live music.
Known for their unique blend of hard rock, original rock, southern rock, folk, and country rock, Mr. Blotto has a long-standing reputation for captivating audiences. They are celebrated for their extensive catalog of original material, alongside creative interpretations of songs from artists like the Grateful Dead, Allman Brothers, Phish, and even full albums by Led Zeppelin and The Who.
This free, family-friendly event takes place at the William E. Brook Entertainment Center (the Antioch Bandshell) at 900 Skidmore Drive in downtown Antioch. Attendees are encouraged to bring their lawn chairs and pack a picnic to enjoy the vibrant atmosphere under the summer sky.
The concert series is a highlight of Antioch's summer, bringing the community together with live music and showcasing the downtown area.
