About Us
At 15 Lakes, we strive to provide our guests with locally sourced and humanely raised meats of the highest quality, as well as other specialty items through the Butcher’s Shop. Our Mobile Bistro will have a rotating menu focused on upscale scratch-cooked offerings. We are based out of Antioch and named after the chain of lakes, and provide services throughout Lake County and the surrounding areas.
