Antioch Area Healthcare Accessibility Alliance is a nonprofit organization dedicated to making sure that all our neighbors are connected with and receiving the healthcare services they need and can afford.
If you or a loved one, friend or neighbor are having trouble finding your way through the healthcare maze, don't even know where to begin to find help, or just want a little guidance about what to do, contact us directly at 847-395-2809 and we will be there to help you figure it out.

Our Network Nurse can schedule an appointment to visit with you one on one to address any of your your healthcare needs or concerns and direct you to and connect you with resources that will best meet your individual needs.
You may also contact us if you or someone you know needs a ride to and/or from a medical appointment, whether it be physical, dental, vision, mental health, dialysis, physical therapy, etc. we are here for you and want to help and will do the best we can to get you to your appointments.
