During the COVID 19 pandemic our doors are open to help you. WE have been deemed necessary by homeland security to take the burden off hospital and physician systems. If you are hurt or have musculoskeletal problems, insurance companies are allowing you to come directly to your Doctor of Physical Therapy. We will be in complete communication with your physician.

We are also offering TELEHEALTH, also covered by insurance companies. This a safe alternative approach for patients seeking orthopedic care, consultation and treatment.

Colletti SportsMed Physical Therapy opened in downtown Antioch, IL in 1994. Since the beginning - and still true today - we believe that you deserve high quality, dedicated care with an individualized rehab program specific to you. We offer one to one care in a caring environment.

Colletti SportsMed Physical Therapy has now partnered with Doctors of Physical Therapy to improve services and allow access to a larger network. Drs of PT is a family owned practice with the same mission and core values as Colletti PT. We have maintained the entire Colletti PT staff and work closely with Doctors of Physical to offer you the same dedicated service.
